The sociology of consumption is as old as sociology itself. Its methodological roots lie in the first surveys, which focused on food consumption and were conducted in the middle of the nineteenth century. The aim was to define the level of minimum wage that was high enough to sustain the reproduction of the labor force. 379 Background: CC122 is a novel cereblon-modulating agent with multiple biologic activities including potent immunomodulatory and antiangiogenic effects. CC-122 binding to cereblon promotes ubiquitination and subsequent degradation of lymphoid transcription factors Ikaros and Aiolos resulting in activation of T cells. Methods: Following establishment of oral CC122 3 mg daily (QD) as the MTD in phase 1a (Blood 122:2905 2013), an expansion cohort of advanced Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) subjects was enrolled. This paper explores the evolution of the psychological foundation of institutional economics between the early XXc and the 1940s. The first part deals with the rise and fall of instinct psychology. Inspired by Veblen's taxonomy of instinctive behavior, several American economists attempted to build a viable alternative to psychological hedonism of neoclassical economics then only at its infancy. In this debate we show how instinct theory came to be applied to the field now as industrial psychology. In 1978, Berry and Thompson showed that the amount of theta (3–8 Hz) activity in the spontaneous hippocampal EEG predicted learning rate in subsequent eyeblink conditioning in rabbits. More recently, the absence of theta activity during the training trial has been shown to have a detrimental effect on learning rate. Here, we aimed to further explore the relationship between theta activity and classical eyeblink conditioning by determining how the relative power of hippocampal theta activity [theta/(theta + delta) ratio] changes during both unpaired control and paired training phases. La distrofia miotónica tipo 1 (DM1) es una enfermedad neuromuscular causa por la expansión del triplete CTG en la región 3’ no codificante del gen DMPK. Las expansiones CUG en los transcritos DMPK mutantes forman una estructura en horquilla que secuestra diferentes factores nucleares provocando su falta de función parcial y la desregulación de la expresión génica a diferentes niveles.
