Prácticas de alto rendimiento : un enfoque configuracional aplicado al caso español

Roberto.Luna@uv.es Joaquin.Camps@uv.es El principal objetivo de esta investigación es analizar diferentes configuraciones de prácticas de recursos humanos (RH) que se dan en una muestra de 183 empresas españolas. A continuación se relacionan estas configuraciones con las estrategias competitivas de las empresas con el fin de validar la estructura configuracional obtenida. Los resultados muestran tres tipos de configuraciones. La primera, empresas con prácticas de alto rendimiento (PAR) (37,5%), se caracteriza por un intenso y generalizado uso de dichas prácticas. The vulture populations in West Africa are undergoing dramatic decline over the last 30 years. Their particular ecology and sociality makes them vulnerable to various risks, including environmental changes, poisoning and bioaccumulation of toxic substances from agricultural products, pesticides, and veterinary drugs used in cattle livestock. In addition, these birds are subject to direct persecution for the trade of products used in traditional medicine. Rodents are the most abundant group of small mammals occurring in Brisighella deposits. They are represented by 12 species in total, among which 2 hamsters (Apocricetus cf. barrierei and Ruscinomys cf. lasallei), 2 dormice (Muscardinus sp. and Myomimus sp.), 1 porcupine (Hystrix (Hystrix) depereti), 2 sciurids (Atlantoxerus cf. rhodius and Hylopetes sp.) and 5 species of muridae (Apodemus cf. gudrunae, Centralomys benericettii, Occitanomys sp, Paraethomys meini and Stephanomys debruijni). This association suggests a relatively dry open environment, interrupted by forest environment with more or less dense underground.

Abstract Metal additive manufacturing is nowadays a well-established technology for cutting edge applications in the automotive, aerospace, defense and medical sectors. Since additive metal deposition is basically a welding method, which creates parts by successively adding layers of material, there is a chance for defects like pores, cracks, inclusions and lack of fusion to develop. As a matter of fact, interlayer and intralayer defects are often observed in additive manufactured components.
