The French legislator has paid attention to the out-of-court settlement of disputes. In the tax area has been introduced a pre-litigation procedure called réclamation préalable, which subordinates the establishment of the procedural relationship to a prior compulsory administrative stage, in some aspects, almost similar to that provided for art. 17-bis of Legislative Decree n.546/92 within Italian system of law.

Bakalaura darbā ir izpētīta Android lietotņu izstrāde no kvalitatīvā viedokļa. Izmantojot autora izveidoto kvalitātes modeli integrētajai izstrādes videi, tiek salīdzinātas Android Studio un Eclipse, kas ir divas integrētās izstrādes vides, ko izmanto Android lietojumprogrammu izstrādē. Kaut gan Eclipse agrāk bija plašāk izmantojama, mūsdienās Android Studio ir daudz vairāk iespēju. Bakalaura darba ietvaros tiek aprakstīta Android platforma un tās attīstības vēsture. Abstract The hippocampus is an anatomically compartmentalized structure embedded in highly wired networks that are essential for cognitive functions. The hippocampal vulnerability has been postulated in acute and chronic neuroinflammation in multiple sclerosis, while the patterns of occurring inflammation, neurodegeneration or compensation have not yet been described. We use stated preference methods to analyze consumer preferences on the attributes of protected natural areas and to estimate the willingness to pay for reducing the risk of fires in the site. For the first goal, conjoint analysis is used. Three attributes are considered: biodiversity, dimension of the natural area and the economic contribution that would have to be made for its maintenance and preservation. The willingness to pay for reducing the risk of fires has been estimated using choice experiment. Production and Efficiency in 21 Industrialized Countries from 1966 to 2007 to Analyse the Italy’s Decline: Application of a Stochastic Frontier Model…

This paper uses a stochastic frontier production model to estimate the technical efficiency of 21 nations among the more industrialized countries in the world for the wide period from 1966 to 2007. A Cobb-Douglas with labour and capital as inputs, GDP as output and efficiency with exponential distribution appears to work good from a statistical point of view. This model is used to estimate in a bayesian approach the efficiency score of these 21 countries. The bayesian way, applied via Gibbs sampling, is here useful to avoid problems about the small number of observations. So, each efficiency score is obtained as mean of 10,000 draws.
