Tutkimukseni tehtävänä on selvittää, mitä turvallisuusargumentteja käytettiin Saksan parlamentaarisissa debateissa, jotka koskivat atomivoimasta luopumista vuonna 2011 maaliskuusta kesäkuuhun, jolloin keskustelu oli vilkkainta. Alkupäivämäärä määräytyi Fukushiman ydinonnettomuuden mukaan ja loppupäivämäärän määritteli hetki, jolloin Saksan parlamentti, Bundestag, hyväksyi uusia lakeja liittyen ydinenergian käyttöön ja rajoittamiseen. Ydinenergian käytön rajoittamiseen ja poistamiseen viitataan termillä Atomausstieg. This paper reports the results of an analysis of process wastewater streams in the context of an increase in yeast production. This research is based on the analysis of data from the biggest yeast factory in Europe. The research presented in this paper involves the analysis of the influence of direction of additional wastewater into the evaporator station on yeast production. In the process wastewater, nitrogen is mainly present in organic forms. The analysis reported in this paper involves the concentration of total nitrogen in wastewater streams, as it is the main parameter applied to determine the amount of wastewater that can be applied in agricultural fields. Yeast vectors for the integration/expression of any sequence at the TYRI locus

We have constructed new yeast vectors for targeted integration and conditional expression of any sequence at the Saccharomyces cerevisiae TYR1 locus which becomes disrupted. We show that vector integration is not neutral, causing prototrophy for tyrosine and auxotrophy for the vector's selectable marker (uracil or leucine, depending on the vector used). This feature allows a double screening of transformed yeast cells, improving the identification of colonies with the desired chromosomal structure. Crowdturfing, the dark side and usually unnoticed face of crowdsourcing, represents a form of cyber-deception in which workers are paid to express a false digital impression. While such behavior may not be punishable under the jurisdiction of formal law, its consequences are destructive to the cohesion and trustworthiness of online information. The conceptual work at hand examines the current literature on the topic, and lays the foundation for a theoretical framework that explains crowdturfing behavior. Przedmiotem glosy jest wyrok Naczelnego Sądu Administracyjnego z 8.01.2020 r., I OSK 2392/19, w którym przyjęto tezę, że art. 17 ust. 5 pkt 1 lit. a ustawy o świadczeniach rodzinnych prawidłowo zinterpretowany powinien być w ten sposób rozumiany, iż pozbawia prawa do świadczenia pielęgnacyjnego tylko do wysokości otrzymywanej emerytury. Teza tego wyroku jest całkowicie sprzeczna z treścią przywołanego przepisu. Jawi się ono jako wolność od zagrożeń powodujących brak lub niedostatek środków niezbędnych do zaspokojenia podstawowych potrzeb życiowych jednostki. Zapewnienie bezpieczeństwa socjalnego społeczeństwa i jego członków stanowi jedno z podstawowych zadań państwa. W tym zakresie uwidacznia się rola zabezpieczenia społecznego, zwłaszcza w kontekście koncepcji państwa opiekuńczego i państwa gwarantującego. W kontekście normatywnym kluczowe znaczenie ma konstytucyjne prawo do zabezpieczenia społecznego. Stanowi bowiem podstawę gwarancji podjęcia przez państwo działań zapewniających bezpieczeństwo socjalne.
