Darba nosaaukums: Lasītprasmes veicināšana 6 – 7 gadus veciem bērniem ar valodas sistēmas nepietiekamu attīstību. Pētījuma hipotēze: 6 – 7 gadu vecu bērnu lasītprasme uzlabosies, ja: •Tiks ņemtas vērā 6 – 7 gadu vecu bērnu attīstības īpatnības; •Tiks izmantototas atbilstošas darba metodes, paņēmieni. Abstract Background With advancing age, thymic efficiency shows progressive decline due to thymic involution allowing impaired cell-mediated immunity and the appearance of age-related diseases. The intrinsic cause of thymic involution is still undefined. Chronic inflammation and high glucocorticoids (GCs) may be involved. This article intends to demonstrate that the final form of the clusters /ts/ and /dz/ in the Valencian dialect depends upon the behaviour of a series of universal principles referring to the syllabic structure. The author assumes that such restrictions are ranked on a language particular basis, according to the postulates of Optimality Theory (Prince & Smolensky 1993). LASSO regression via smooth L1-norm approximation

This paper discusses estimation of regression model with LASSO penalty when the L1-norm is replaced with its parametric smooth approximation. The resulting parameter estimators are more manageable than those from standard LASSO, standard errors are easy computed via a sandwich formula, and the model degrees of freedom may be computed straightforwardly. Moreover the resulting objective function may be minimized using usual optimization algorithms for regular models, for instance Newton-Raphson or iterative least squares.
