GW170817: Observation of Gravitational Waves from a Binary Neutron Star Inspiral

On August 17, 2017 at 12-41:04 UTC the Advanced LIGO and Advanced Virgo gravitational-wave detectors made their first observation of a binary neutron star inspiral. The signal, GW170817, was detected with a combined signal-to-noise ratio of 32.4 and a false-alarm-rate estimate of less than one per 8.0×104 years. We infer the component masses of the binary to be between 0.86 and 2.26 M, in agreement with masses of known neutron stars. Restricting the component spins to the range inferred in binary neutron stars, we find the component masses to be in the range 1.17-1.60 M, with the total mass of the system 2.74-0.01+0.04M. In information retrieval systems operation, lack of adequate selection criteria originates information overload and has negative consequences in relevance judgments. Sharing one's experiences is a crucial activity in group therapies. In such therapies, groups can be either constituted around one problem or goal common to all the clients, or the group can work as a place in which clients can learn from one another and share experiences whether their individual problems are similar or not. Ēšanas traucējumu saistība ar starppersonu uzvedības efektivitāti

Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot pastāvošās sakarības starp ēšanas traucējumu simptomu izteiktību un personas funkcionēšanu starppersonu attiecībās, tādējādi papildinot Latvijā veikto ēšanas traucējumu jomas izpēti ar iepriekš neskartu tēmu. Tika aptaujātas 72 sievietes vecumā no 18 gadiem, bet 2 vecāko dalībnieču rezultāti izslēgti no pētījuma, jo tās katra bija vienīgā pārstāve savā vecuma grupā, 50-54 un 55-60 gadi; tādējādi dati apkopoti par 70 dalībniecēm vecumā no 18 līdz 50 gadiem.
