En este trabajo se analiza el debate entre Heidegger y Cassirer en torno a la pregunta kantiana "¿Qué es el hombre?" que tuvo lugar en Davos (1929). En ese respecto se hace un especial hincapié en el protagonismo que adquieren para Heidegger la "facticidad" y la "condición de arrojado" en su reformulación de la filosofía trascendental kantiana frente al neokantismo. Se presta asimismo una especial atención al papel que juega la afectividad en el marco general de la obra de Heidegger y sus consecuencias "políticas", tanto en el famoso debate de Davos como en su diagnóstico de la crisis de 1929.

Cholesterol can undergo oxidation through enzymatic or chemical mechanisms, generating a wide range of oxidation products (COPs) with adverse biological effects. COPs are characterized by different functional groups and are produced in different ratios or amounts, depending on the treatment and storage conditions. To follow the cholesterol oxidation process, 7-ketocholesterol (7-KC) has been often used as an oxidation marker in both model and food systems, since it is easily formed and is one of the most representative ring COPs. The aim of this paper is to analyze the process of risk communication in the context of assisted reproduction in Latvia. The paper is based on a qualitative methodology and two types of data: media analysis and 30 semi-structured interviews (11 patients, 4 egg donors, 15 experts). The study explores a broad definition of risk communication and explores three types of risks: health, psychosocial, and moral.
