Abstract The problem of delocalization of a pair of electrons over dodecanuclear polyoxometalate clusters with the Keggin structure is considered with the aim of explaining the spin pairing in these multi-nuclear mixed-valence systems. A general approach that considers the Coulomb interactions between the two delocalized electrons, as well as the single and double electron transfer processes which can be operative in delocalization of the electronic pairs is developed. Abstract Solanum torvum is the eggplant ( Solanum melongena ) relative most commonly used for grafting even if the nursery production of eggplants grafted onto this rootstock has some issues related to its long, irregular and erratic germination and slow growth and development of seedlings. Unrooted cuttings harvested from stock plants could be an alternative propagation material to obtain S. torvum rootstocks and might allow to overcome nursery production issues for eggplant. During an experimental infection of sheep with Fasciola hepatica or F. gigantica, MM3-SERO and MM3-COPRO ELISA tests were applied to compare the kinetics of antibody production and coproantigen release between the 2nd and 32nd week post-infection (wpi). The Kato-Katz technique was used to measure the kinetics of egg shedding by both Fasciola species (eggs per gram of feces, epg). The kinetics of IgG antibodies for all sheep infected with F. hepatica and F. gigantica followed a similar pattern. Optical density (OD) increased rapidly between the 4th until the 12th wpi, when the highest values were reached and then decreased slowly until the 32nd wpi. Studies reporting numbers of eggs in vagina and utero in nematodes often give little information of the technique used for the estimations. This situation hampers comparison among studies, because, so far, differences in estimations provided by different techniques have not been assessed. The article analyses the content of three referring orders (from Court of Messina, Torino and Perugia) challenging the new electoral statute approved by Italian Parliament (l. n. 52/2015). The analysis is carried out against the background of the most recent case law of the Italian Constitutional Court. In the judgment n. 1/2014, indeed, the Court tried to shed a light on the notions of “freedom” and “personality” of the voting right in a really innovative way. The Author specially focuses on controversial profiles stemming from the new orders, paying special attention to the “majority bonus” and to the run-off second ballot, as well as to the system of “partially blocked lists”.

Bakalaura darba tēma “Vietējo degvielu deggāzes izmantošana Latvijā 1932.-1945. gadā.” Darba mērķis ir apkopot un izanalizēt Latvijas presē atrodamo informāciju par vietējo degvielu deggāzes izmantošanu Latvijas sauszemes transportlīdzekļu darbībā. Pētījuma rezultātā tika konstatēts, ka no praktiskā viedokļa, koka gāze bija neērta un neefektīva, salīdzinot ar šķidrajiem kurināmajiem, bet valūtas trūkuma un kara izolācijas apstākļos tās plašā izmantošana liecināja par progresu un kontinentālās Eiropas tehnisko attīstību. Lēnā un ne pārāk plašā šīs tehnoloģijas ieviešanās Latvijā, salīdzinot ar Skandināvijas valstīm, liecināja par kopējo ne pārāk augsto un ierobežoto tehnisko attīstību.
