Pharmaciens et coordination des soins primaires en France : quels enjeux ?

Multi-professional coordination is a strong axis of the reorganization of primary care in France. While this coordination concerns a priori all health professionals, some of them actually are still marginally involved. This article examines the challenges of integrating pharmacists into primary care in France. On the one hand, it is based on an analysis of experiments carried out in other health systems, and on their evaluations. On the other hand, it develops an initial reflection on the levers and obstacles that could explain in France, the poor integration of pharmacists but also on the challenges of a stronger presence of these professionals in the coordination of primary care.
Aid for trade policy in developing and least developed countries: A GTAP simulation analysis

Recent global initiatives on debt relief and development assistance call for increasing aid for trade to the poorest countries. We apply a multi-country computable general equilibrium model, to analyze if aid for trade offers the possibility that, instead of the developing and least developed countries’ being worse off—as so many were as the result of the last round of trade negotiations—they will actually be better off. Alternative aid for trade scenarios have been evaluated in terms of effectiveness and equity. Our findings show that aid for trade policies expand trade and alleviate inequalities. El artículo presenta un estudio de caso de una política juvenil realizada en la última década en una región del Sur de Italia. Su interés reside en la versatilidad, el enfoque multidimensional y en el hecho de haber actuado como un óptimo instrumento de desarrollo local. El estudio de caso se ha realizado a través del análisis documental de las evaluaciones ex -ante, durante y ex – post que se hicieron para valorar el impacto de la política. La reflexión que el caso propone se enfoca en cómo se puede promover eficazmente el desarrollo local a través de políticas más trasversales.

Il lavoro ripercorre, in sintesi e soffermandosi su alcuni dei suoi contributi, il pensiero di Ardigò sull’intervento statale, sul caso italiano, sull’impatto che le istituzioni statali hanno per i mondi vitali, sulle tensioni cui è stato sottoposto il welfare state interventista e universalista, sulla crisi di governabilità, sulla possibile risposta neocorporativa, sull’approccio socialdemocratico, sui compiti delle istituzioni pubbliche di fronte alle sfide più recenti e alle nuove forme della politica. Il paragrafo conclusivo espone alcune trasformazioni delle istituzioni statuali differenti da quelle su cui Ardigò concentrò la sua attenzione.

Although sport-specific measures of social support have been developed to better understand athletes’ perceptions of available support, limited amount of research has addressed how sport coaches implement specific social support strategies.
