The aim of the study was to examine the efficacy of cold atmospheric plasma (CAP) on the mineralization and cell proliferation of murine dental cementoblasts. Abstract Background EMD 521873 (Selectikine), an immunocytokine comprising a DNA-targeting antibody, aimed at tumour necrosis, fused with a genetically modified interleukin-2 (IL-2) moiety, was investigated in this first-in-human phase I study. Methods Patients had metastatic or locally advanced solid tumours failing previous standard therapy. Selectikine was administered as a 1-hour intravenous infusion on 3 consecutive days, every 3weeks. A subgroup of patients also received 300mg/m 2 cyclophosphamide on day 1 of each cycle. Šī pētījuma „Dūlas loma dzemdību procesā” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāda ir dūlas loma dzemdību procesā un skatījums uz dzemdībām, kā arī kādu aprūpes veidu dūlas izmanto un kā tas ietekmē pastāvošo dzemdību praksi kopumā. Pētījuma rezultāti balstās daļēji strukturēto interviju un līdzdalīgā novērojuma laikā iegūto datu analīzē. Pētījumā secināts, ka dūlas lieto holistisko medicīnas pieeju dzemdībām. Dūla sniedz dzemdētājai emocionālo atbalstu, kā arī dūla sagatavo un informē sievieti par dzemdību norisi, veicinot sievietes spējas pašai kontrolēt dzemdību procesu. Pētījuma jautājumi, kuriem vēlos noskaidrot atbildes pētījumā rezultātā ir, kāda saistība pastāv starp uztverto sociālo atbalstu, apmierinātību ar partnerattiecībām un depresijas simptomiem sievietēm 4 – 6 nedēļas pēc dzemdībām. Otrs pētījuma jautājums ir noskaidrot, kā apmierinātība ar partnerattiecībām un uztvertais sociālais atbalsts prognozē depresijas simptomus sievietēm 4 – 6 nedēļas pēc dzemdībām. Pētījumā piedalījās 31 sieviete, kura bija 4 – 6 nedēļas pēc dzemdībām. Svarīgi nosacījumi bija, lai sievietei būtu piedzimis pirmais bērniņš un lai viņš būtu vesels, kas tika novērtēts pēc Apgares jaundzimušā veselības stāvokļa. Das Buch befasst sich mit dem Zusammenspiel von kognitiven, emotionalen und motivationalen Faktoren beim Aufbau von mündlicher Kompetenz in Deutsch als Tertiärsprache bei erwachsenen Italienern. Es stützt sich dabei auf ein interdisziplinäres Vorgehen, das theoretisch erörtert und in seiner Methodenwahl ausführlich dargelegt wird, insbesondere die Videografie sowie intro-/retrospektive Verfahren. Die Ergebnisse der Studie veranschaulichen die Lernprozesse einmal klassenübergreifend, zum anderen erfolgt eine detaillierte Analyse der einzelnen Lernenden. Das Literaturverzeichnis liefert Lehrenden, Studierenden und Forschern eine erschöpfende bibliographische Quelle zu den behandelten Themen.

Previously Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) and Canonical Correlation Analysis (CCA), hybrid EMD-CCA were developed for EB artifact removal in EEG.
