Scopo Negli ultimi anni la terapia transcranica ad ultrasuoni focalizzati guidati da risonanza magnetica (tcMRgFUS) per il trattamento di disordini neurologici quali il tremore essenziale (ET) e il Parkinson tremorigeno (PD) è stata effettuata utilizzando esclusivamente scanner RM da 3T. Presentiamo i risultati ottenuti con il primo sistema tcMRgFUS mai integrato con uno scanner RM da 1.5T. The purpose of this article is to complement the existing literature on defining the rural by suggesting a novel approach that makes possible a holistic understanding of the rural. The proposed approach is based on deconstruction of the concept of the rural and on hermeneutical philosophy. The current approaches applied in rural studies are evaluated through the lens of holistic understanding, and solutions to the observed problems are discussed. Although such policies may have positive effects, an exploration of their negative impacts reveals their problematic side effects. This study examined the role of welfare services in the participative citizenship of young people under 30 years of age outside the labour market. Thematic content analysis of the government’s white papers regarding participation policies, as well as participatory action research projects in two Finnish towns, were used to identify factors that enable or hinder participation for this group of service users. Käsillä oleva tutkielma tarkastelee Ernesto Laclaun poliittista filosofiaa kansainvälisen politiikan näkökulmasta. Ennen kaikkea Laclaun tulkinta universalismin ja partikularismin välisestä suhteesta on työn kannalta keskeisessä osassa. Laclaun näkemyksen mukaan kaikki yhteisöt rakentuvat jollekin partikulaarien ja universaalin väliselle artikulaatiolle, joka puolestaan on seurausta kontingentista inhimillisestä toiminnasta.
