El efecto de la experiencia de servicio emocional en las intenciones futuras del usuario de centros deportivos

El presente trabajo analiza la influencia que tienen los aspectos emocionales en las intenciones futuras de los usuarios de centros deportivos. A través de una muestra compuesta por 512 usuarios de tres instalaciones deportivas privadas y diversas escalas adaptadas de valor percibido, satisfacción general, intenciones futuras y emociones, se realiza un análisis de consistencia interna de dichas escalas, un descriptivo de media y desviación estándar, análisis de correlación de Pearson y una regresión lineal múltiple. Los resultados mostraron que las escalas utilizadas eran fiables y la valoración de los usuarios fue alta en cuanto a la satisfacción y la experiencia emocional con el servicio.…

The paper deals with the importance of words and dialogue in family education. In the first part, some evidence of an action research is presented – shaped in a hermeneutic phenomenological framework and thanks to the Philosophy for Children method and materials. Then some key words are pointed out, meant as formative goals for parents’ educational support, so as to highlight the importance of dialogue among generations and, mainly, of the ethical responsibility of parents in education.

This chapter reviews the appraisal theory of emotion and how it has been employed in human–computer interaction (HCI) research. This theory views emotion as a process that evaluates the subjective significance of an event. We demonstrate the usefulness of the perspective for HCI, as emotion is defined in terms of the events of the task environment and the goals and knowledge of the subject. What makes music emotionally significant? Exploring the underlying mechanisms

A common approach to study emotional reactions to music is to attempt to obtain direct links between musical surface features such as tempo and a listener’s response. However, such an analysis ultimately fails to explain why emotions are aroused in the listener. In this article, we propose an alternative approach, which seeks to explain musical emotions in terms of a set of underlying mechanisms that are activated by different types of information in musical events. The present study investigated the dynamic nature of students' daily experiences and general study engagement using intra-individual assessment. More specifically, we examined individual differences in the relationship between university students' task-specific value and situational emotions and, further, whether first-year study engagement would moderate this association during the first two years of studies.
