Nykymaailmassa tarvitaan kulttuurista lukutaitoa eli taitoa toimia vuorovaikutteisesti ja empaattisesti osana kulttuurisesti monimuotoisia yhteisöjä. Artikkelissa pohditaan, mitä kulttuurinen lukutaito tarkoittaa, miksi se on tärkeää ja miten sitä voidaan opettaa ja oppia kouluissa. Artikkeli perustuu Euroopan komission Horisontti 2020 -ohjelmasta rahoitetun DIALLS-hankkeen tutkimustuloksiin ja yhteistyöhön koulujen kanssa seitsemässä Euroopan maassa. Given the commonality and potentially grave consequences of MPA, it is understandable that much attention has been paid to the musician experiencing it. Consequently, we have learned a great deal about the intrapersonal level of MPA: how to measure it, treatments, experimental manipulations, and subjective experiences. although people generally avoid negative emotional experiences in general, they often enjoy sadness portrayed in music and other arts. The present study investigated what kinds of subjective emotional experiences are induced in listeners by sad music, and whether the tendency to enjoy sad music is associated with particular personality traits. One hundred forty-eight participants listened to 16 music excerpts and rated their emotional responses. As expected, sadness was the most salient emotion experienced in response to sad excerpts. The author takes steps to inscribe the critical project of The Inner World author into the congenial paradigm of the French thematic school (borders of empathy and identification, fascination and understanding, authenticity), and to pinpoint the basic ideas that Kornhauser’s critical thought circulates around (the issue of authenticity and identity of a poem persona and a critic).
