Indivīda pamatvērtību saistība ar attieksmi pret kopdzīves likumu latvijā

Pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt, kā indivīda pamatvērtības saistītas ar attieksmi pret kopdzīves likumu Latvijā. Pētījuma izlase ir 436 respondenti , starp kuriem 327 sievietes, 103 vīrieši (6 - cits), vidējais vecums 33,5 gadi, 300 ir heteroseksuāli, 130 ar citu seksualitāti, (6 nevēlas norādīt), 127 ar iegūtu vidējo izglītību, 307 ar iegūtu augstāko izglītību, 290 cilvēkiem ir kopdzīves pieredze, 146 kopdzīves pieredzes nav. Ar Švarca vērtību aptauju PVQ-RR (Schwartz, 2012, Gunas Kaugeres adaptācija) un aptauju “attieksme pret kopdzīves likumu” (autors – Guna Kaugere) palīdzību, secināts, ka vērtības vara – dominance un resursi, tradīcijas un paštēls negatīvi saistītas ar attieksmi pret kopdzī…

Bakalaura darbā pētītas tiesības uz ģimenes dzīvi Latvijā, ar mērķi noskaidrot ģimenes dzīves formas, tiesību uz ģimenes dzīvi tvērumu gan attiecībā uz laulību, partnerattiecībām un de facto ģimenēm, gan arī atsevišķi analizējot viendzimuma personu tiesības uz ģimenes dzīvi Latvijā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot tiesību uz ģimenes dzīvi piemērošanas atšķirības atkarībā no ģimenes dzīves formas, kā arī konstatēt un piedāvāt risinājumus normatīvā regulējuma uzlabošanai Latvijā. Environmental stress is a major driver of ecological and evolutionary processes in nature. To cope with stress, organisms can adjust through phenotypic plasticity and/or adapt through genetic change. Here, we compared short-term behavioural (activity) and physiological (corticosterone levels, CORT) responses of Rana arvalis tadpoles from two divergent populations (acid origin, AOP, versus neutral origin, NOP) to acid and predator stress. Tadpoles were initially reared in benign conditions at pH 7 and then exposed to a combination of two pH (acid versus neutral) and two predator cue (predator cue versus no predator cue) treatments. Research typically employs essentialist and static representations of masculinity to deal with of male violence against women. Masculinity is thereby linked to pre-social phenomena, naturalized categories, and to identity configurations that are defined as dangerous, due to biological, ethno-racial or class characteristics/configurations. Conversely, a sociologically oriented critical criminology concerned in the relationship between masculinity and crime should interrogate the ways in which, at the social level, committing a deviant or criminal conduct is intertwined with achieving male status and power. Partendo dalla constatazione che la violenza di genere investe non solo il piano delle azioni, ma anche quello simbolico delle rappresentazioni e coesiste con i frame della libertà e della reciprocità, il saggio si propone di analizzare le forme di percezione, valutazione e rilevanza assegnate alla violenza, in contesti di normalità. Vengono evidenziate le situazioni in cui la violenza si manifesta ritualizzandosi, riiscritti gli elementi che la connotano, riletta la rappresentazione che ne viene fatta dai mass media.
