L’expérimentation article 51 Espace médical nutrition et obésité (EMNO) a dû intégrer des outils numériques pour maintenir les parcours de soins. Cette démarche a également été enrichie par l’apport d’un outil d’éducation thérapeutique digital. L’ensemble du processus de prise en charge a ainsi été réalisé malgré la situation, avec un retour très positif des patients inclus dans l’expérimentation. The activation of the myocardial muscle is triggered by Purkinje-myocardial junctions (PMJs), which are the terminal sites of the specialised cardiac conduction system (CCS). Obtaining the location of the PMJs and other sources of endocardial ectopic activity would be desirable for building computer models of cardiac electrophysiology and planning ablation interventions. We present a method to estimate the location and activation times of endocardial electrical sources in a 3D model of the ventricles. Chez les jeunes, lʼutilisation inadaptée des écrans le soir et la nuit chez les jeunes est à lʼorigine dʼun retard de phase et dʼune restriction de sommeil. Objective The aim of this study was to investigate participation and effectiveness of a multiyear comprehensive workplace health promotion (WHP) program. Methods Participation and effectiveness data came from employer and vendor systems. Health data came from health risk assessments (HRA) and biometric screenings. Participation and effectiveness were analyzed using descriptive analyses, t tests, and Mann-Whitney U tests where appropriate. Overall impact was assessed using the PIPE Impact Metric.
