2021.gada administratīvi teritoriālās reformas pieņemšanas un īstenošanas problemātika

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir pētīt 2021. gada administratīvi teritoriālās reformas pieņemšanas problemātiku, analizējot sagatavošanos reformai, tās pieņemšanu Saeimā, kā arī tās apstrīdēšanu Satversmes tiesā. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, autors pēta un analizē priekšnosacījumus iepriekšējās reformas turpināšanas nepieciešamībai, pašvaldību attieksmi pret jauno reformu, likumdošanas īpatnības reformas laikā, kā arī Satversmes tiesas atziņas un likumdevēja rīcību, nodrošinot Satversmes tiesas lēmumu izpildi. Bakalaura darba noslēgumā autors izvirza secinājumus par priekšnoteikumiem, kas nākotnē varētu atvieglot reformu pieņemšanas un īstenošanas procesu.

Pētnieciskais darbs pētī aluzīvu terminu esamību biznesa angļu valodā. Darba teorētiskā daļa sniedz teorētisko pamatojumu pētījuma jautājumam, kāda tipa alūzijas visbiežāk atrodamas biznesa angļu valodas terminoloģijā. Empīriskā izpēte veikta, lai noteiktu un analizētu biznesa jomā lietotos un dažādās biznesa angļu valodas vārdnīcās un biznesa terminoloģijas resursos minētos terminus, kuri balstīti alūzijās, kā arī šo alūziju tipus. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izmantota sekvenciāli skaidrojošā pētniecības metode. Analizējamais korpuss sastāv no divdesmit viena biznesa jomā lietota termina. The recent decision to convert the Benedictine Dormitory in Monreale into an exhibition site offers the opportunity to enjoy the whole monumental complex where the wonderful cloister is the core attraction. It is on this site that the Norman Cathedral stands, brightly decorated with golden mosaics. The new exhibition has gathered together the artworks from the ruined abbey of Santa Maria del Bosco in Calatamauro and added them to the artefacts already exhibited at the Diocesan Museum. Effect of thermal annealing on the luminescence of defective ZnO nanoparticles synthesized by pulsed laser ablation in water

This work concerns ZnO nanoparticles (NPs), with sizes of tens of nm, produced by ablation with a pulsed Nd:YAG laser of a Zn plate in H2O. TEM images evidence the formation of nanoparticles with sizes of tens of nm. Moreover, HRTEM images and Raman spectra show that the distance between the crystalline planes and the vibrational modes are consistent with ZnO nanocrystal in wurtzite structure. Their optical properties are characterized by two emission bands both excited above the energy gap (3.4 eV): the first at 3.3 eV is associated with excitons recombination, the second at 2.2 eV is proposed to originate from a singly ionized oxygen vacancy.
