Il nuovo Codice della crisi d’impresa e dell’insolvenza, emanato con d.lgs. 12 gennaio 2019, n. 14, in attuazione della legge delega 19 ottobre 2017, n. 155, contiene alcune previsioni in tema di acquisti di immobili da costruire che si collocano nel solco delle regole di protezione del contraente debole. L'Autore esamina le novità introdotte dal legislatore alla luce del precedente dibattito giurisprudenziale e dottrinale, al fine di segnalare i progressi e le lacune della normativa in punto di tutela degli acquirenti di immobili da costruire.

Coupling hydrodynamics and radiation calculations for star-jet interactions in active galactic nuclei

Context. Stars and their winds can contribute to the non-thermal emission in extragalactic jets. Because of the complexity of jet-star interactions, the properties of the resulting emission are closely linked to those of the emitting flows. Aims. We simulate the interaction between a stellar wind and a relativistic extragalactic jet and use the hydrodynamic results to compute the non-thermal emission under different conditions. Methods. We performed relativistic axisymmetric hydrodynamical simulations of a relativistic jet interacting with a supersonic, non-relativistic stellar wind. Thermodynamic properties of a liquid–vapor interface in a two-component system

Abstract We report a complete set of thermodynamic properties of the interface layer between liquid and vapor two-component mixtures, using molecular dynamics. The mixtures consist of particles which have identical masses and diameters and interact with a long-range Lennard-Jones spline potential. The potential depths in dimensionless units for like interactions is 1 (for component 1) and 0.8 (for component 2). The surface excess entropy decreases when the temperature increases, so the surface has a negative excess heat capacity. A series expansion of the extended Debye-H�ckel equation and application to linear prediction of stability constants

The Debye-Hückel semiempirical extended equation is frequently used to calculate activity coefficients of chemical species and equilibrium constants at ionic strengths different from those used in their experimental evaluation. A series expansion of the extended Debye-Hückel equation is proposed here and checked with experimental data taken from the literature. The expansion is linear in the ionic parameters and yields a geometrical series which converges rapidly and that enables the accurate calculation of interpolated and extrapolated activity coefficients and equilibrium constants by simple and multiple linear regression without previous knowledge of the ionic parameters.

Abstract We have investigated the binding of a new dansylcadaverine derivative of substance P (DNC-SP) with negatively charged small unilamellar vesicles composed of a mixture of phosphatidylcholine (PC) and either phosphatidylglycerol (PG) or phosphatidylserine (PS) using fluorescence spectroscopic techniques. Many biological attachment devices of insects, spiders and geckos consist of arrays of hairs (setae), which are terminated by contact elements of different shapes. However, the most frequently observed shape is a thin plate-like spatula. In spite of a rather wide range of sizes, most spatulae of different animals are not uniform, but rather possess a gradient in thickness and width. Here we show that the spatulae of insects and geckos become gradually thinner and wider approaching the end. A description of the adiabatic approximation in terms of the time-evolution operator is presented. Corrections to the approximation are studied, and it is seen that these can be obtained in a simple way in the case of a rapidly oscillating Hamiltonian.
