Research on Internet-Related Technologies in the auditing profession has grown substantially over the past three decades; however, it is very fragmented. This study seeks to synthesize and provide a comprehensive overview of the literature. Using bibliometric techniques and content analysis, this study provides an exhaustive overview of the research on Internet-Related Technologies in the auditing profession. The study utilized bibliography from the Web of Science database spanning for three decades from 1990 to 2019. The "Historia de la doncella Teodor" in Burgos’ Printing Press: Regarding a New Edition from Juan de Junta’s Workshop, c. 1535-1540

En este trabajo se da noticia y se lleva a cabo el estudio tipobibliográfico de una edición sine notis de la Historia de la doncella Teodor. El análisis permite identificar la impresión en Burgos en el taller de Juan de Junta, c. 1535-1540. El rasgo material que singulariza este impreso es que la última hoja del primer cuaderno ha sido remedada por una copia manuscrita que no solo reproduce la tipografía original, sino también, a plumilla, las estampas. El estudio textual e iconográfico nos permitirá identificar la fuente del folio contrahecho.

-dojife@alumni.uv.es Como señala la coordinadora en la «Introducción», hemos creído conveniente recoger en esta Monografía una serie de anotaciones que Lola Jiménez había ido re-uniendo mientras preparaba su trabajo. A partir de los archivos que José Luis Canet tuvo a bien cedernos, hemos organizado estos materiales en dos secciones distintas. La primera contiene cinco textos de distintos autores, a los que hemos incorporado un pequeño comentario de Lydia Vázquez. La segunda sección está conformada por una relación de referencias bibliográficas que, sin duda, serán de gran utilidad para quien desee proseguir ahondando en esta sugerente línea de investigación.

Objectives It was the aim of the present study to calculate new Doppler reference ranges for blood flow velocities (Vmax, Vmean, Vmin) and resistance indices (PI, RI) for the fetal descending aorta by automatic waveform analysis. Design Cross-sectional prospective study. Subjects Nine hundred and twenty-six low-risk pregnancies at 18–41 weeks' gestation. Maģistra darbā tiek apskatīta Liepājas apgabaltiesas kā otrās jeb apelācijas instances tiesu iestādes vieta un loma jaunizveidotās tiesu sistēmas darbībā starpkaru periodā. Atbilstoši darba nosaukumam tika noteikts arī darba mērķis – izpētīt Liepājas apgabaltiesas darbību Latvijas Republikas tiesu sistēmā laika posmā no 1918.gada līdz 1940.gadam. Generalized hypergeometric functions and the evaluation of scalar one-loop integrals in Feynman diagrams

Present and future high-precision tests of the Standard Model and beyond for the fundamental constituents and interactions in Nature are demanding complex perturbative calculations involving multi-leg and multi-loop Feynman diagrams. Currently, large effort is devoted to the search for closed expressions of loop integrals, written whenever possible in terms of known - often hypergeometric-type - functions. In this work, the scalar three-point function is re-evaluated by means of generalized hypergeometric functions of two variables. Finally, use is made of the connection between such Appell functions and dilogarithms coming from a previous investigation, to recover well-known results.

La voce analizza l'istituto dell'appello penale nella fisionomia attuale nonché nella interpretazione che dovrebbe scaturire dall'orientamento europeo dopo le pronunce di condanna degli ordinamenti che non hanno garantito il rispetto del diritto al contraddittorio in caso di ribaltamento dell'esito liberatorio del primo grado. Infine si tenta una possibile soluzione normativa per allineare il giudizio di secondo grado alle linee guida fissate in sintonia con i dritti della Cedu.

Affinché il giudice d’appello eserciti un controllo effettivo sulla razionalità delle argomentazioni scientifiche riportate in sentenza è indispensabile che s’instauri un contraddittorio tecnico efficace. A tal fine, come hanno statuito le Sezioni unite, la rinnovazione obbligatoria della prova dichiarativa (art. 603, comma 3° bis, c.p.p.) va estesa anche all’esame degli esperti.
