La regulacion espanola de discriminacion a los consumidores en la Ley de competencia desleal queda desubicada del Capitulo III de la Ley dedicado a las practicas comerciales con consumidores, a pesar de que estos sean su objeto de proteccion. El trabajo analiza la citada regulacion, los pronunciamientos judiciales sobre esta cuestion y reflexiona sobre nuevas formas de discriminacion a los consumidores al amparo de la citada normativa.

Approximately 5%-10% of asthmatics suffer from severe asthma. New biological treatments represent a great opportunity to reduce asthma burden and to improve asthma patients' lives. Reslizumab will soon be available in several European countries. This anti-IL-5 IgG4/kappa monoclonal antibody, administered intravenously at a dose of 3 mg/kg over 20-50 minutes every 4 weeks, has been shown to be safe and effective in patients with 400 eosinophils/mu L or more in their peripheral blood. Using corpus tools to analyse learner language in a UK EAP context

This study analyses the language of successful spoken requests used by Chinese intermediate level English for Academic Purposes (EAP) students in Discourse Completion Tasks (DCTs) at a UK higher education institution. Using corpus tools, the authors examined the frequent words, chunks and moves in request data and compared this to general reference corpora. Findings suggest that successful spoken requests often made use of high frequency modals and chunks. The data also demonstrated that the use of appropriate request moves were often associated with success, even if the language used contained linguistic errors.
