El Real Decreto- Ley 7/2021, de 27 de abril, ha transpuesto en el Texto Refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios la Directiva (UE) 2019/770 y la Directiva (UE) 2019/771. Esta nueva normativa que se establece en el TRLGDCU entrará en vigor el 1 de enero de 2022. Y por ello, lo que se pretende con este breve artículo, siempre desde la perspectiva de la compraventa de bienes, es realizar una exposición de las novedades introducidas en el régimen de garantías y, en concreto, lo relativo a la conformidad de los bienes, medidas correctoras por falta de conformidad y plazos.
Alternative Dispute Resolution Systems Across the European Union, Iceland and Norway

Abstract Alternative dispute resolution schemes (ADR) have been developed differently across the EU. It is difficult to determine which of the countries have developed the most successful schemes. Therefore the aim of this article is to summarize different organizational aspects of ADR schemes across the EU, to determine similarities across different countries and to define them in specific systems. Defining these schemes in systems will not only help to evaluate and compare ADR schemes and their success between different countries but will help also professionals, governments and other stakeholders to develop more effective ADR schemes across the EU, Iceland and Norway.

Environmental Stewardship, Moral Psychology and Gardens

Vast and pervasive environmental problems such as climate change and biodiversity loss call every individual to active stewardship. Their magnitude and causal and strategic structures, however, pose powerful challenges to our moral psychology. Stewardship may feel overburdening, and appear hopeless. This may lead to widespread moral and political disengagement. This article proposes a resolve to garden practices as a way out of that danger, and describes the ways in which it will motivate individuals to so act as to coordinate on behavioural patterns that will significantly alleviate grave, but seemingly distant and intractable environmental quandaries.

The first purpuse of this investigation was to study the effects of sex and grade level on secondary students’ beliefs about epistemology and problem solving. The second purpuse was to analyze the contribution of both belief systems, grade level, and sex to problem solving achievement. One hundred and forty-four High School students, 9th and 11th grade students, took part in the study. Two questionnaires (Schommer and StageKloosterman’s questionnaires) and a problem solving test (two word problems of the PISA tests) were administered to these students. Astrophysical investigations generally need both complete and accurate spectroscopic databases. Polymorphism and versatile solvate formation of thiophanate-methyl

The polymorphism of a fungicide, thiophanate-methyl (TM), was investigated with conventional solvent screening methods. Two polymorphs, the thermodynamically most stable form I and the less stable form II, were found. TM was also found to crystallize as a plethora of different solvates which produced mostly form II upon desolvation. The structures of form I and form II and the fourteen discovered solvates were solved by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The most stable forms were further characterized by powder diffraction, thermoanalytical (TG/DTA, DSC and thermomicroscopy) and spectroscopic (IR, Raman, ¹³C CP/MAS NMR) methods. peerReviewed
