A partire dal concetto di “eterotopia”, elaborato da Michel Foucauld, il testo indaga la dimensione immaginativa ed emotiva dello spazio, legata al modo in cui l’individuo, nel suo comportamento sociale, rappresenta e organizza la realtà in cui vive. Lo spazio emozionale si configura così come “soglia”, luogo di transizione tra reale e irreale, aprendo inusitati intrecci tra arte del discorso e del costruire, tra retorica e architettura.
