Il brasiliano Edoardo Kac è stato tra i primi artisti biotecnologici ad applicare l’ingegneria genetica all’arte, dando avvio a quella che egli stesso nel 1998 ha definito Transgenic Art. The paper attempts to answer, whether it is possible for successful artists in one specific sector to access the domain of another artistic field at their free will. In doing so, this contribution analyses the possible existence of borders and gatekeepers between different art worlds. The aim is not just finding or defining boundaries between art fields, but rather understanding, if boundaries can be pierced through, as well as the conditions that might hinder acceptance. La ricerca si pone l’obiettivo di indagare alcune variabili psicosociali ritenute dalla letteratura sull’argomento elementi importanti dell’interesse per la chirurgia estetica, come la percezione corporea e l’Ego-resiliency, in un gruppo di 210 adolescenti e giovani donne del territorio paler-mitano. Classical and recent result about neuronal properties, and their functions and architectural design prompted claims to bring gestalt theory to bear on neurosciences reserach. It is deemed to contribute to understand brain mechanism through descriptions of visual functions expected to be wired in the brain. The standard models of data decomposition and functional architecture in visual neuroscience are discussed. Such issues as visual primitives identification and neuronal activity integration in gestaltist terms are introduced.

Everyday Aesthetics was born in the 21ST Century as a sub-discipline of Anglo-American Aesthetics and it has spread in the international debate. However, the contribute of historical perspective has not properly explored yet. Is it possible to trace the history of everyday aesthetics before the official birth of this discipline? I will try and give you an affirmative answer by focusing on an exemplary category: that of the decorum. Using the history of ideas (W.
