This paper reports the results of an analysis of process wastewater streams in the context of an increase in yeast production. This research is based on the analysis of data from the biggest yeast factory in Europe. The research presented in this paper involves the analysis of the influence of direction of additional wastewater into the evaporator station on yeast production. In the process wastewater, nitrogen is mainly present in organic forms. Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää organisaation ulkoisen ympäristön monitoroinnin tule-vaisuutta tiedon uudella aikakaudella. Tutkimusongelmaa lähestyttiin kahden tutkimuskysymyksen kautta: 1. Mitä teemoja organisaation ulkoisen ympäristön monitoroinnin tulevaisuuteen liittyy? 2. Tässä tutkimuksessa selvitettiin millaista markkinointiviestintää Lapuan hiippakunnan seurakunnissa tällä hetkellä tehdään, ja miten asiakaslähtöistä toimintaa ja viestintää seurakunnissa toteutetaan. Nykytilannetta verrattiin seurakuntien käytössä olevan Jäsen 360° -segmentointityökalun dataan seurakuntien alueella asuvan väestön mediankäytöstä sekä suhtautumisesta seurakunnan jäsenyyteen ja viestintään. Young women’s contradictory expectations and their perceived capabilities for future work-family reconciliation in Finland

This paper explores young women’s expectations on future work-family reconciliation in Finland, a Nordic country well-known for the promotion of gender equality. Utilising Sen’s capabilities approach, we content-analysed thirty individual interviews to identify differences in women’s expectations and their perceived capabilities in future work and care. The results showed that irrespective of their labour market status and educational attainment, the women’s expectations were contradictory, reflecting a current Finnish gender culture that embraces both the ideal of shared parenthood and the primacy of maternal care. The article contains an analysis of results of the available research on the phenomenon of children’s violence toward their parents. The main purpose of this interpretation is to search for the theoretical structure of a prepared research tool, initially called the Teen Violence Scale Toward Parents (TVSTP). The subject of the analyzes were works and research reports as well as police statistics containing information on the phenomenon of domestic violence, including teenage violence toward parents.
