Firstly, the paper study how the goals were established, afterword it explains the design of the economic policy and finally their results are hi-ghlighted. This article establish relationships between the strong impact of crisis on the Spanish economy and the structural weaknesses of the growth model in the previous phase. Finally conclude about the need to promote specific economic policies to change that model as well as the forms of competition. However , it is found that the orientation of these policies has not driven this change, especially policies on R&D, which are specifically analyzed in this paper

Increasing labour productivity is a key driver for prosperity. Although Latvia's productivity growth rates are among the highest in the EU, productivity growth has declined in recent years. With the productivity dynamics slowing down, the pace of convergence is also slower. The benefits of the recent economic recovery in Latvia have not been evenly distributed among households and income inequality has not diminished significantly. This research analyses the conditions imposed on national, EU and non-EU citizens who wish to access minimum income (MI) benefits within four EU Member States, specifically within Finland, France, Ireland and Spain. The primary aim is to identify and compare the required MI access conditions. Furthermore, focus is given to the residence requisites, which are discussed in relation to relevant supranational regulations in order to detect possible multilevel implications. Abstract After nine years from Romania's accession to the European Union, the advantages are sustained with specific statistical markers, which could have been more positive if the effect of certain identified causes (reduced administrative ability, political instability, extended corruption, high tax evasion etc.) would have been diminished.
