Problematyka skuteczności zabezpieczeń ustanawianych na majątku podatnika, co do którego następnie sąd upadłościowy ogłosił upadłość, budzi liczne kontrowersje i problemy natury praktycznej. Wbrew stanowisku Wojewódzkiego Sądu Administracyjnego (WSA) w Białymstoku1 nie można przyjąć założenia, że zabezpieczenia ustanowione w trybie regulacji podatkowych mają pierwszeństwo przed zasadami prawa upadłościowego oraz są wykonalne i skuteczne także po ogłoszeniu upadłości podatnika. Przyjęcie takiego rozwiązania oznaczałoby uprzywilejowanie określonej grupy wierzycieli. Tiek pētītas gan zvērināta notāra tiesības noteikt termiņu, gan mantinieka, gan neatņemamās daļas tiesīgā, gan kreditoru un citu mantojumu lietas procesā iesaistīto personu tiesības, un pienākumi mantojuma lietā noteikto termiņu robežās. Darbā tiek analizētas tiesiskās sekas un to piemērošana praksē, kad mantojuma lietā iesaistītā persona nav ievērojusi mantojuma lietā norādītos termiņus un tā ietekmi uz citiem mantojuma lietas dalībniekiem, un notariālo procesu. Vuorovaikutus on läsnä toimittajien työssä monella tavalla. Suhde yleisöön on keskeinen toimittajan työtä määrittävä motivaatio ja työn kohde, ja suuri osa tiedonhankinnasta tapahtuu vuorovaikutuksessa lähteiden kanssa. Lisäksi toimitustyötä tehdään yhä enemmän erilaisissa ammatillisissa tiimeissä ja verkostoissa. Vaikka toimittajan työtä ja itseymmärrystä on tutkittu monesta näkökulmasta, vuorovaikutuksen tarkastelu on jäänyt vähäiseksi. La ricostruzione repertoriale e critica delle traduzioni che hanno avuto per oggetto il suo corpus si offre, quindi, come documento particolarmente significativo della fortuna traduttoria di un mito letterario, in quanto attesta il rapporto di imitatio/aemulatio che numerosi autori hanno stabilito con il modello nel momento in cui hanno deciso di assimilarlo, attraverso le traduzioni, alle lingue e alle culture nazionali cui essi appartengono.

Bacterial antibiotic resistance is often a part of mobile genetic elements that move from one bacterium to another. By interfering with the horizontal movement and the maintenance of these elements, it is possible to remove the resistance from the population. Here, we show that a so-called plasmid-dependent bacteriophage causes the initially resistant bacterial population to become susceptible to antibiotics. However, this effect is efficiently countered when the system also contains a predator that feeds on bacteria.
