The paper has a twofold aim. First, it intends to offer a critical review of some phenomena related to the various claims of “right to a child”. These are phenomena, that are progressively emerging in the so-called “family” realities, in our time of the late modernity, and that, in many respects, seem to be summed up in the possibility of “surrogate motherhood”. La comunicazione umana è un evento complesso e multimodale: nella interazione faccia a faccia, la maggior parte del significato viene veicolato attraverso il canale non verbale e l’analogico del linguaggio. The harmonious development of youth personality requires family stability and a positive emotional atmosphere; both needs are threatened by pedagogical errors both theoretical and practical. Educationalists develop skills in parents when undertaking to understand their real needs refraining from using abstract models. A book of the Indian spiritual master Jddu Krishnamurti (Education and the Significance of life), translated in 1958 by Aldo Visalberghi and published by La Nuova Italia, contained anti-educational and provocative proposals unrelated to the interests of the pedagogists. There was, by the academic world, a timid curiosity about the critical and polemical elements of the Krishnamurtian philosophy, that ignored or misunderstood the new and original conception of the school, that pedagogy can now reconsiders for a critic reflection about the new educational emergencies.
