Youth sport experience provides opportunities for physical, personal, and social development in youngsters. Sport is a social system in which socially constructed gender differences and stereotypes are incorporated, and specific sport activities are often perceived as gender characterized. Prey animals can assess the risks predators present in different ways. For example, direct cues produced by predators can be used, but also signals produced by prey conspecifics that have engaged in non-lethal predator-prey interactions. These non-lethal interactions can thereby affect the physiology, behavior, and survival of prey individuals, and may affect offspring performance through maternal effects. The purpose of this study is to analyse the effect of the perceived utility of a management control system with a broad scope on the use of food waste information and on financial and non-financial performances in restaurants. Physicochemical investigation of acrylamide solubilization in sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate and lecithin reversed micelles.

The state of acrylamide confined within dry sodium bis(2-ethylhexyl)sulfosuccinate (AOT) and lecithin reversed micelles dispersed in CCl4 has been investigated by FTIR and H-1 NMR spectroscopy. Measurements have been performed at 25 degreesC as a function of the acrylamide-to-surfactant molar ratio (R) at a fixed surfactant concentration (0.1 mol kg(-1)). The analysis of experimental data, corroborated by the results of SAXS measurements, is consistent with the hypothesis that acrylamide is quite uniformly distributed among reversed micelles mainly located in proximity to the surfactant head-group region and that its presence induces significant unidimensional growth of micellar aggregates.…
