In Bolivia, the third term and the habilitation of former President Evo Morales to the 2019 presidential elections was allowed with the acquiescence of the Plurinational Constitutional Court. Despite the fact that the Constitution prohibited it and there was a referendum that rejected indefinite presidential re-election. This occurred through the judicialization of politics that produced a non-formal reform of the Constitution producing a case of abusive constitutionalism and the destabilization of the rule of law.

En revanche, on a généralement ignoré l’anomie – soit le déclin des formes de régulation et des valeurs collectives – qui frappe la société française. In this paper the author gives a generalization of the Arzela-Ascoli theorem for partial defined functions, i.e., for functions defined in a nonempty subset of a metric space X and taking values in a metric space Y. To this end suitable definitions of local and uniform convergence for partial defined functions are introduced. Abstract Civil society has proven outstanding capacities of involvement in the 2004 general elections in Romania and put a remarkable pressure on the political society. This paper aims to discuss the consequences of such involvement for both the political and civil society. We also investigate the conditions that have favoured a successful challenge of the main political actors by the most visible civic advocacy organizations. Further, we inquire how deep can an actor from the civil society go into the lands of the political society. In the end, we weight the achievements and the failures of civil society’s active involvement in the game of elections.

La introducción del procedimiento electoral de insaculación en buena parte de los municipios valencianos trató de justificarse por su virtualidad para erradicar o reducir la conflictividad generada por los tradicionales mecanismos de cooptación.
