summary:A system of first order partial differential equations is studied which is defined by the divergence and rotation operators in a bounded nonsmooth domain $\Omega\subset \bold R^3$. On the boundary $\delta\Omega$, the vanishing normal component is prescribed. A variational formulation is given and its solvability is investigated.

The purpose of this study is to describe and compare upper-level sport managers’ career success, career success variables and the associations between them. The perspective of gender equality is used. This investigation includes a differential study (Study 1) and a quasi-experimental research (Study 2). In Study 1, the objective was to establish to what extent students’ rights existed and analyse the differentiation between students’ rights with Portuguese and immigrant mothers, throughout school years. The sample consisted of 537 students with Portuguese and immigrant mothers, distributed by different school years (7th, 9th and 11th grades). Background: Throughout society, including in the field of sports and physical education (PE), there are extensive debates on racism and structural racism. Researchers have found that students of color experience racial stereotyping and discrimination in PE. School-to-work transition in France: the role of education in escaping long-term NEET trajectories

International audience; The aim of this paper is to analyse the school-to-work transition of young people in France, focusing specifically on those who are not in employment, education or training (so-called NEETs), in order to understand their risk of becoming and remaining NEET. Using longitudinal data from a representative national cohort of French young people leaving the educational system in 2010, this study shows how NEET status fits in more or less long-lasting ways in their career pathways. Previous findings suggest that high identifiers show their group loyalty by deviating from group norms that do not allow the group to react in an adaptive manner towards a threatening outgroup (i.e., when the ingroup norm is egalitarian).
