DISCRIMINATIONS ETHNIQUES DANS L’ACCES AU LOGEMENT: UNE EXPERIMENTATION EN NOUVELLE-CALEDONIE

Dans cette étude, nous mesurons les discriminations dans l’accès au logement dans le GrandNouméa, selon l’origine ethnique, en distinguant les origines kanak et européennes, et selon lequartier de résidence. Entre octobre 2015 et février 2016, nous avons répondu à 342 annonces enprésentant 4 candidats à la location pour chaque annonce, soit 1368 réponses à des annoncesimmobilières. Deux de nos candidats signalent par leur patronyme leur origine kanak, deuxsignalent une origine européenne. Neapšaubāmi, līdz šīm, Latvijas tiesību zinātnieki ir veltījuši uzmanību šim institūtam, vairākkārt izskatījuši ar to saistītos problēmjautājumus, piedavājot iespējamos risinājumus, no kuriem daži tika arī ieviesti, modernizējot Civillikuma mantojuma tiesību daļu. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt neatņemamās daļas tiesīgo atstumšanas institūtu, salīdzinot Latvijas un citu valstu tiesiskos regulējumus, un izvirzīt pilnveidošanas un uzlabošanas priekšlikumus Latvijas regulējumam. L’étude des collections protohistoriques du Musée archéologique de Dijon nous a mené à enquêter sur un fragment de moyeu de char hallstattien conservé dans la collection Brulard et indiqué comme provenant du tumulus du Trembloi à Magny-Lambert (Côte-d’Or). Si, depuis les travaux de R. Joffroy, le doute concernant la provenance de cet objet semblait permis, la mise à notre disposition de l’inventaire du musée ainsi que des manuscrits inédits du docteur Brulard et les détails qu’ils révèlent permettent de contredire cette thèse. Clinical Manifestation and Obstetric Outcomes in Pregnant Women with SARS-CoV-2 Infection at Delivery: A Retrospective Cohort Analysis

This retrospective cohort study aimed to analyze the clinical manifestations, complications, and maternal-fetal outcomes in patients affected by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection during delivery. The cohort included 61 pregnant women positive for SARS-CoV-2 infection at the time of delivery. Patients were divided into two groups: symptomatic and asymptomatic. We found a significantly higher rate of leukocytosis (p < 0.00078) and lymphopenia (p < 0.0024) in symptomatic women compared with asymptomatic ones. Processing Information During Regressions: An Application of the Reverse Boundary-Change Paradigm.

Although 10-15% of eye-movements during reading are regressions, we still know little about the information that is processed during regressive episodes. Here, we report an eye-movement study that uses what we call the "reverse boundary change technique" to examine the processing of lexical-semantic information during regressions, and to establish the role of this information during recovery from processing difficulty. In the critical condition of the experiment, an initially implausible sentence (e.g. "There was an old house that John had ridden when he was a boy.") was rendered plausible by changing a context word ("house") to a lexical neighbour ("horse") using a gaze-contingent display …
