Destructuration of typical Sicilian calcarenites

The paper discusses some interesting features of Sicilian fine grain calcarenites. Uniaxial, triaxial, oedometer and isotropic compression tests were undertaken on intact specimens of two types of calcarenite in order to investigate their mechanical characteristics. It was found that the strength and deformability is significantly influenced by the structure (fabric and bonding) and by the destructuration processes. A better understanding of fracture development behavior is gained through a combination of acoustic emission and photographic monitoring on non-homogeneous samples with natural pre-existing heterogeneities due to cementation or to density. Este trabajo persigue como objetivo general realizar una aproximación global a los sistemas de negociación colectiva español y francés, con el fin de difundir en ambos países, mediante un estudio comparativo, sus rasgos característicos. Uno de ellos corresponde al papel central de la ley para regular dichos sistemas. Se trata, pues, de proceder al análisis de la intervención legal, en España y en Francia, en materia de negociación colectiva. Dos ideas guían el trabajo. Por una parte, es preciso elevar al nivel constitucional las discusiones para delimitar el marco de actuación de la ley.
