La última versión de la Propuesta de Directiva sobre marcos de reestructuración preventiva de 28 de marzo de 2019, ha recuperado en su art. 19 la obligación de los administradores de tomar en consideración el interés de los acreedores en las situaciones de insolvencia inminente. Dicha obligación supone una modulación del contenido del interés social en dicha situación, el cual junto al interés de los socios, comprende también el interés de los acreedores. Decennal census-led redistricting in the United States is the occasion for court actions focused nowadays on the political representation of ethnic minorities. Computer tools make possible the building of districts specifically tailored for Blacks or Hispanics, but blatant racial gerrymandering is now rejected by the US Supreme Court. This paper examines the most relevant judicial decisions and describes several local cases.

Chiral approach to antikaon s- and p-wave interactions in dense nuclear matter

The properties of the antikaons in nuclear matter are investigated from a chiral unitary approach which incorporates the s- and p-waves of the ${\bar K}N$ interaction. To obtain the in-medium meson-baryon amplitudes we include, in a self-consistent way, Pauli blocking effects, meson self-energies corrected by nuclear short-range correlations and baryon binding potentials. We pay special attention to investigating the validity of the on-shell factorization, showing that it cannot be applied in the evaluation of the in-medium corrections to the p-wave amplitudes. In nuclear matter at saturation energy, the $\Lambda$ and $\Sigma$ develop an attractive potential of about -30 MeV, while the $\Si…

We report the preparation, crystal structure determination, magnetic properties and DFT calculations of five oxalato-bridged dicopper(II) complexes of formula [Cu-2(bpy)(2-)(H2O)(2)(C2O4)](CF3SO3)(2) (1), [Cu-2(bpy)(2)(C2O4)](PF6)(2) (2), [Cu-2(bpy)(2)(C2O4)](ClO4)(2) (3), [Cu-2(bpy)(2)Cl-2(C2O4)]center dot H2O (4) and [Cu-2(bpy)(2)(NO2)(2)(C2O4)] (5) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine and C2O42-= oxalate). Compounds 1, 2, 4 and 5 crystallize in the monoclinic system and 3 crystallizes in the triclinic system. The oxalate ligands in 1-5 adopt the bis-bidentate coordination mode and the two bpy molecules act as terminal ligands. The coordination of the counterions and the surroundings of the copper(II) …

Cela s'est passé en France aussi, mais de façon plus retenue, et sans que le mode de régulation du système éducatif n'évolue en conséquence.
