Customer data collection infrastructure and Customer Experience Management:The SAQ Case Study

Channel integration makes Customer Experience Management more complex and requires from retailers a regeneration of their value proposition. A longitudinal case study reveal a hierarchical sequence of operant resource triad: cultural mindsets, strategic directions for designing value propositions, and a dynamic system of capabilities for continually renewing customer experiences. The implementation of a customer data collection infrastructure, the adoption of an iterative and sequential innovation process, and the mobilization of cross-functional and multidisciplinary project teams, will help develop the firm’s dynamic system of capabilities.

Three million people are living in France with a personal past of cancer and undergo difficulties in accessing loans and insurance. Since 2016, the French law « modernisation de notre système de santé » set the "right to be forgotten" (time beyond which insurance applicants with a past of cancer will no longer have to declare it) at 10 years after the end of treatment. From a statistical point of view, this delay can be considered as the time from which mortality due to cancer (excess mortality) disappears. France must implement voluntarist policies in order to reduce CO2 emissions, which raises questions regarding the effectiveness of competing options and their costs, for both public finances and society. This paper estimates abatement costs of one ton of CO2 from three scenarios aimed at softening the environmental impacts of freight moved by trucks. Hybrid trucks may generate large CO2 savings (5.7 Mt/year in 2030), at a moderate discounted abatement cost (88 €/t). The option based on natural gas for vehicles leads to a similar abatement cost and to lower environmental gains (3.2 Mt/year in 2030). International audience; Frettes is an open air site discovered in 1900 by Docteur Bouchet. Since that date, the site has been prospected by several other local researchers. The surface industry condensed by areas of 50 m2, shows something defined around a Ferrassie Mousterian with oriental similitudes. Following a sondage campain in 1988 and 1989, the site has been dug in 1990 and 1991 by Gilles Huguenin. This excavation spread over 48 m2 and 3746 artefacts constitute one main lithic serie with about 78 artefacts per meter.
