Artikkelissa tarkastellaan normatiivisen, oikeushistoriallisen näkökulman kautta lapsen osallisuutta ja sen institutionalistista muutosta suomalaisessa adoptiojärjestelmässä. Keskeinen kysymys on, miten ja miksi lapsen asema osallistuvana subjektina on historiallisesti määritelty ja muuttunut adoptiota ja lastensuojelua koskevassa lainsäädännössä. Osallisuuden muutoksia lainsäädännössä tarkastellaan suhteessa kansainvälisessä adoptiojärjestelmässä ja lapsen oikeusasemassa 1920 -luvulta vuoteen 2018 tapahtuneisiin muutoksiin. Artikkelissa tarkastellaan taikuusoikeudenkäyntien kautta hautausmailla tehtyjä taikoja Pohjois-Pohjanmaalla ja Kainuussa 1700-luvun lopulla. Hautausmailla tehdyt taiat ovat uusi piirre verrattuna 1500- ja 1600-lukujen suomalaisiin noituus- ja taikuusoikeudenkäynteihin. Artikkelissa tarkastellaan erityisesti taikoja, joita tehtiin sairauksien parantamiseksi ja varastettujen esineiden palauttamiseksi omistajalleen. Recognition of earthquake-induced damage in the Abakainon necropolis (NE Sicily): results from geo-morphological, geophysical and numerical analyses

Seismotectonic activity and slope instability are a permanent threat in the archaeological site of Abakainon and in the nearby village of Tripi in NE Sicily. In recent times, signs of an ancient earthquake have been identified in the necropolis of Abakainon which dating was ascertained to the first century AD earthquake. The site is located on a slope of Peloritani Mts. along the Tindari Fault Line and contains evidence for earthquake-induced landslide, including fallen columns and blocks, horizontal shift and counter slope tilting of the tomb basements. The aim of this study is to present general description of the bankruptcy and restructuring law in Poland. The insolvency law is of fundamental importance to business transactions and investment security. The law on bankruptcy and entrepreneurs’ restructuring is increasingly perceived as an important factor in encouraging economic development and investment as well as a factor favouring entrepreneurs’ activity and preservation of jobs. Substantive condition of the bankruptcy and restructuring law has a very real impact on the economy.
