Soziale Medien stellen wichtige Bühnen für zeitgenössische Konflikte um Wissen und Wahrheit dar. Der Artikel widmet sich vor diesem Hintergrund dem Gebrauch des Hashtags #selberdenken auf Twitter. Mittels einer quantitativen Datenanalyse wird zunächst die Konjunktur der Verwendung des Hashtags nachgezeichnet. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt caur mobilo aplikāciju iegūtas informācijas izmantošanu pierādīšanas procesā administratīvo pārkāpumu lietās un tādas informācijas attiecināmību, pieļaujamību un ticamību. Pētījuma rezultātā autors ir izdarījis secinājumus par pierādījumu jēdzienu, pierādījumu īpašībām un pētījuma ietvaros tiek secināts, ka, situācijā, ja lietā nav citu pierādījumu, kuri apstiprinātu pierādīšanas priekšmetā ietilpstošu faktu esamību, caur mobilo aplikāciju iegūtās informācijas ticamība ir apšaubāma. Lai šīs šaubas novērstu, nepieciešams iegūt papildus pierādījumus.

BACKGROUND: The aim of the study was to evaluate the achievement of 'no evidence of disease activity' (NEDA) over a 12-month period in a large multicenter population with relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) treated with delayed-release dimethyl fumarate (DMF) and teriflunomide (TRF) using a propensity-score adjustment. METHODS: A time-to-event method was used to determine the percentages of patients with RRMS (pwRRMS) in both groups achieving NEDA 3 (no relapses, no 12-week confirmed disability progression, and no new T2/gadolinium-enhancing brain lesions). The Dynamic Relationship between Response Processes and Self-Regulation in Critical Thinking Assessments

Our aim was to explore higher education students’ response and self-regulatory processes plus the relationship between these, as evidenced in two types of performance-based critical thinking tasks included in the Collegiate Learning Assessment (CLA+) International instrument. The data collection consisted of 20 cognitive laboratories. The data were analyzed using a qualitative approach. The tasks were found to trigger different response and self-regulatory processes. Technical, tactical and spatial indicators related to goal scoring in European elite soccer

The aim of this study was to describe the technical, tactical and spatial indicators related to goal scoring in elite European soccer, considering the type of defence and the positioning of the opponent. For the analysis, 8 tactical dimensions related to the final actions in 380 sequences that led to goal during the UEFA Champions League were evaluated by observational methodology. 75.9% of the goals were scored from open play and 24.1% were scored from set pieces.
