Konsultoivan varhaiserityisopettajan perhelähtöiset toimintatavat

Artikkelissa tarkastellaan konsultoivien varhaiserityisopettajien yhteistyötä lapsen vanhempien kanssa. Tutkimuksen tarkoituksena oli selvittää, miten konsultoivat varhaiserityisopettajat toteuttavat perhelähtöistä työtä. Lisäksi tarkasteltiin, miten konsultoivan varhaiserityisopettajan mahdollisuus vaikuttaa omaan toimintatapaansa perheiden kanssa on yhteydessä työn perhelähtöisyyteen. Tutkimuksen aineisto on kerätty kyselylomakkeella, joka lähetettiin kaikille Suomen varhaiserityisopettajille, jotka tekevät konsultoivaa työtä ilman omaa lapsiryhmää (N = 637). Network ties in the international opportunity recognition of family SMEs

The importance of network ties is emphasized in the current literature on opportunity recognition. However, it is unclear how firms with limited bridging networks, such as family SMEs, recognize international opportunities through their network ties. In this case study we found that in gaining foreign market entry, those family SMEs that lack existing network ties recognize opportunities through weak ties formed in international exhibitions. Expertise-by-Experience in Child and Family Services : Professionals' Perspectives on Experiential Knowledge

This study analyses child and family service professionals' perceptions of expertise-by-experience. Group and individual interviews with professionals were analysed. The analysis yielded three main dimensions of experiential knowledge: supportive peer knowledge; contested knowledge, in which education and talking among peers in small groups helps experts-by-experience to locate the limits of their knowledge before publicly disclosing their inner thoughts; and emotional knowledge, which is based on shared experiences of emotional challenges and vulnerability. The repat gene family encodes midgut proteins overexpressed in response to pathogen infection in the lepidopteran Spodoptera exigua. Up-regulation of repat genes has been observed after challenging the larvae with both Bacillus thuringiensis toxins and after infection with the baculovirus Autographa californica multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus. Kokemuksia vapaaehtoisesta lapsettomuudesta ja sterilisaatiosta -kirjoitusaineisto 2017

Aineisto koostuu vapaaehtoista lapsettomuutta ja sterilisaatiota käsittelevistä kirjoituksista. Kirjoituspyyntöön saivat vastata kaikki itsensä kohderyhmään kuuluvaksi määrittelevät henkilöt. Aineisto on kerätty alun perin pro gradu -tutkielmaan vuonna 2017. Kirjoituskutsun avulla pyrittiin selvittämään mm. sitä, miten päätös vapaaehtoisesta lapsettomuudesta on syntynyt ja millaisia ajatuksia sterilisaatio vastaajissa herättää.
