Role of the local government in provision of public goods : a case study of Bayandai district, Russian federation

The local government is that level of government which is the most close to people (voters). Among all levels of government, it is the best informed about local needs and preferences. It should play significant role in the provision of local public goods. In this work it is studied how in practice the local government in the Russian Federation fulfills its tasks, namely what role the local government plays in the provision of educational and health services.

Ujawniające się w ramach Unii Europejskiej (UE) procesy dezintegracyjne wywołują potrzebę i postulaty stworzenia teorii dezintegracji europejskiej. Obecnie możemy mówić co najwyżej o istnieniu zaczątków takich teorii. W niniejszym opracowaniu podjęto próbę wykazania, że istniejące teorie integracji europejskiej mogą być z powodzeniem wykorzystane do analizy procesów dezintegracyjnych. Można tego dokonać relatywnie prostym zabiegiem, poprzez potraktowanie ich w sposób „odwrócony”. Innymi słowy, teorie te – tak jak można stosować przy eksplanacji procesów integracji, tak też można zastosować dla wyjaśnienia, dlaczego niektóre państwa nie chcą lub nie mogą uczestniczyć w procesach zbyt daleko …

La musica dei Pigmei Ba-Benzele come esempio di musica affatto naturale. La musica di due compositori contemporanei come musica artificiale, ma germinante dalla natura: vegetale quella di Giovanni Damiani; animale/umana quella di Federico Incardona.

Background: Researchers and policy-makers have highlighted that the potential for organized sports to promote health has been underexploited. Sports clubs have limited capacity to promote health due to their voluntary nature and have called for support from their national sports federations. The present article provides guidelines, based on the theoretical principles of health promoting sports clubs and an analysis of practical tools and proven strategies, to support national sports federations to invest in health promotion (HP). Building accurate Machine Learning (ML) at-tack detection models for 5G and Beyond (5GB) vehicular networks requires collaboration between Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) nodes. However, while operating collaboratively, ensuring the ML model’s security and data privacy is challenging.
