Tämän tutkimuksen tavoitteena oli selvittää, miten flow ilmenee tiimeissä, millaisena flow koetaan, mitkä seikat flown kokemiseen ovat yhteydessä tiimissä ja mitä flow-kokemuksista mahdollisesti seuraa tiimissä. Tutkimuksessa näitä osa-alueita selvitettiin tarkastelemalla työelämän tiimeissä työskennelleiden tai työskentelevien työntekijöiden kokemuksia tästä ilmiöstä. Kokemuksia pyrittiin kartoittamaan tulkitsemalla laadullisella teemakirjoittamisen menetelmällä kerättyjä kertomuksia. Aineiston analysoinnissa hyödynnettiin teemoittelua. For women in particular, the rate of these diseases accelerates at middle age; therefore it is important to identify the determinants of health-enhancing physical activity during midlife in this population. Well-being research and its measurement have grown in the last two decades. The objective of this study was to adapt and validate the Flourishing Scale in a sample of Spanish adults. This was a cross-sectional study using a non-probabilistic sample of 999 Spanish general adult population participants. The psychometric properties of the scale were analysed from an exploratory and confirmatory perspective. Nowadays, Sicilian growers moved fron traditional summer planting with cold-stored strawberry plants to winter planting using fresh plants. Fresh plants let di anticipate and expand the harvesting period from December to May and produce strawberries with better qualitative parameters. Fresh bare root plants are produced mainly in Spain and Poland but in the last years mountain's nurseries near yhe cultivation fields were set up in Sicily. Pyrus pedrottiana (Rosaceae), a new species from the Nebrodi Mountains (N-E Sicily)

A new species of Pyrus for the dendroflora of Sicily is here described. It is Pyrus pedrottiana, actually considered endemic to the Nebrodi Mountains, a territory which includes the largest wooded area of the island with a high forest biodiversity.In the same area, P. vallis-demonis and P. ciancioi have also been described in recent times. The authors report diagnostic characters to distinguish the new taxon from the other two sympatric species.
