Italian assisted negotiation: an additional tool to settle matrimonial property regime cases

The assisted negotiation procedure highlighted the need to distinguish the various forms of justice in view to obtaining decisions that can effectively satisfy the interests of the family. In fact the agreements who discipline the family conflicts attributes a central role to the will of the couple in the collaborative search for suitable solutions for the management of the crisis of the emotional bond.

Distinct immune evasion in APOBEC-enriched, HPV-negative HNSCC

Immune checkpoint inhibition leads to response in some patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC). Robust biomarkers are lacking to date. We analyzed viral status, gene expression signatures, mutational load and mutational signatures in whole exome and RNA-sequencing data of the HNSCC TCGA dataset (N = 496) and a validation set (DKTK MASTER cohort, N = 10). Public single-cell gene expression data from 17 HPV-negative HNSCC were separately re-analyzed. Abel transforms with low regularity with applications to X-ray tomography on spherically symmetric manifolds

We study ray transforms on spherically symmetric manifolds with a piecewise $C^{1,1}$ metric. Assuming the Herglotz condition, the X-ray transform is injective on the space of $L^2$ functions on such manifolds. We also prove injectivity results for broken ray transforms (with and without periodicity) on such manifolds with a $C^{1,1}$ metric. To make these problems tractable in low regularity, we introduce and study a class of generalized Abel transforms and study their properties. This low regularity setting is relevant for geophysical applications.

This report delineates a new clinical presentation of multiple benign spiradenoma (BS), a diffuse linear nevoid pattern. A 16-year-old girl, in otherwise good health, had many papulonodular lesions, varying in color from blue-gray to bright red, disposed linearly on the right half of her body, involving the periorbital region, cheek, lateral side of the neck, trunk, linea alba, right thigh, and leg. The leptin system is implicated in the regulation of body weight and reproductive function, acting at endocrine and paracrine levels. This ligand-receptor system is mandatory for embryonic implantation in rodents. Here, we investigate the expression pattern of total leptin receptor (OB-R(T)), the long form (OB-R(L)) and short isoforms HuB219.1 and HuB219.3 in the human endometrium. Furthermore, we studied leptin and OB-R(T) mRNA during human embryonic preimplantation development and the embryonic regulation of the endometrial OB-R(L). Molecular characterization of 24 unrelated patients from different ethnic backgrounds revealed 23 different mutations of the PORCN gene in Xp11.23.
