Ulkomaalaistaustaisten asukkaiden ja turistien määrä Suomessa on kasvanut huomattavasti viime vuosien aikana. Yritysten resurssien ohjaaminen tämän alati kasvavan ja ostovoimaisen asiakaskunnan tarpeiden huomioimiseen voisi edistää asiakaspalvelualan yritysten liiketoimintaa. El objetivo general es investigar sinergias entre la TS y otra propiedad fisicoquímica mediante el estudio de su estructura molecular y sus propiedades magnéticas y calorimétricas, entre otras. In this contribution, we report convenient synthetic approaches for obtaining 16O/18O‐enriched dioxidometalVI complexes, MO2(L) (W, Mo), with a linear, tetradentate amine phenolate ligand N,N′‐dimethyl‐N,N′‐bis(2‐hydroxy‐3,5‐dimethylbenzyl)ethylenediamine (H2L) and describe their characterization by IR and Raman spectroscopy complemented by DFT computational analysis. In this paper we analyse the impact of the Fifth EU R&D Framework Programme (1998-2002) in the Spanish regions, considering the characteristics of the respective regional systems of innovation. The starting theoretical framework is the interactive pattern of technological change where the interaction among the different phases of innovation processes and between actors involved is emphasized. In crisis management, cooperation within the response network is seen as crucial. Usually, this network refers to authorities and nongovernmental organizations, such as the Red Cross. However, the authors argue that to improve societal resilience one should take a broader overview of the actors involved in crisis preparedness and mitigation, and also include the public.
