Maģistra darbā pētīts, kā attēlot atkļūdošanas informāciju grafiskā, lietotājam viegli uztveramā veidā. Darbs turpina autores bakalaura darbā iesākto pētījumu. Darbā aplūkoti raksti par līdzīgiem rīkiem – to arhitektūru, datu savākšanas un attēlošanas stratēģiju. Lai arī lielākā daļa šo rīku nav publiski pieejami vai vairs netiek uzturēti, rīku aprakstā minētās dažādu darbību stratēģijas, to pamatojumi un norādītās problēmas ir noderīgas, lai dziļāk izprastu tēmu. Detecting the stimulated decay of axions at radio frequencies

Assuming axion-like particles account for the entirety of the dark matter in the Universe, we study the possibility of detecting their decay into photons at radio frequencies. We discuss different astrophysical targets, such as dwarf spheroidal galaxies, the Galactic Center and halo, and galaxy clusters. The presence of an ambient radiation field leads to a stimulated enhancement of the decay rate; depending on the environment and the mass of the axion, the effect of stimulated emission may amplify the photon flux by serval orders of magnitude. Azobenzolu saturošs molekulārais stikls kā optiskā ieraksta materiāls

Šajā darbā tika pētīti fotoinducētie procesi azobenzolu saturošā molekulārā stiklā ar nosaukumu K-RJ-8, sintezēts Rīgas Tehniskajā universitātē. Azobenzolu saturošiem savienojumiem raksturīga optiski ierosināma izomerizācija. Šī procesa laikā molekulas var tikt orientētas attiecībā pret ierosinošās gaismas polarizāciju. Rezultātā materiālā rodas anizotropija, kas izpaužas kā dihroisms un dubultlaušana, kā arī var tikt novērota makroskopiska masas pārbīde. Azobenzolu saturošos molekulāros stiklos orientēšanās un materiāla pārvietošanās tiek atvieglota, jo daļiņu ģeometriskā forma kavē kristalizācijas procesus. Predicting COVID-19 booster vaccine intentions.

Achieving broad immunity through vaccination is a cornerstone strategy for long-term management of COVID-19 infections, particularly the prevention of serious cases and hospitalizations. Evidence that vaccine-induced immunity wanes over time points to the need for COVID-19 booster vaccines, and maximum compliance is required to maintain population-level immunity. Little is known of the correlates of intentions to receive booster vaccines among previously vaccinated individuals. Tämän tapaustutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kartoittaa tofugu.com – kieli- ja kulttuuriyhteisön uskomuksia kielenoppimisesta. Tutkimuksen tavoitteena on selvittää, mitä oppimisuskomuksia yhteisön keskusteluissa esiintyy, miten ne rakentuvat julkaisijan artikkeleissa sekä yleisön ja julkaisijan välisissä diskursseissa. Tutkin tätä analysoimalla syys- marraskuussa 2011 julkaistua kielenoppimiseen liittyvää artikkelisarjaa kommentteineen. Vastaavaa internetyhteisön oppimisuskomuksia kartoittavaa tutkimusta ei ole aikaisemmin tehty.
