Etorikoksiba pārdošana un aprite Rēzeknes aptiekā pēdējos 3 gados

Nesteroīdie pretiekaisuma līdzekļi (NSPL) ir vieni no pieprasītākajām zālēm pasaulē. Etorikoksibs ir ļoti selektīvs COX-2 inhibitors, kas palīdz kontrolēt reimatoīdas sāpes. Pētījuma mērķis bija izanalizēt etorikoksiba patēriņu Rēzeknes aptiekā. Analīzei tika iegūta informācija no 294 receptēm. Rezultāti parādīja, ka Rēzeknes pilsētas iedzīvotāji aktīvi lieto etorikoksibu. Etorikoksibs galvenokārt ir pieprasīts sieviešu vidū. Pieprasītākā deva ir 90 mg, ko izmanto reimatoīda artrīta un ankilozējoša spondilīta gadijumā. Tika konstatēts, ka ārsti visbiezāk izraksta Bericox, bet lētākās zāles ir Etoricoxib Zentiva.

The article describes the methods of reusing excess thermal energy of technological processes in agricultural production in order to save energy of enterprises and limit heat emissions into the atmosphere. It is shown that the combined production of heat and cold is one of the most cost-effective systems using heat pumps nowadays.

This research focuses on conservation of traditional rural biotopes, which are biodiverse meadows and wood-pastures that are dependent on management through grazing or mowing. These low-intensity management actions have become rare as a result of agricultural modernisation. I have utilised a social-ecological approach in order to seek for the most critical factors hindering conservation of traditional rural biotopes in Finland. Traditional rural biotopes (TRBs) are threatened habitats that host significant biodiversity and several ecosystem services, and depend on active management such as low-intensity grazing. The current study explores private landowners’ decision-making on TRB management and abandonment within a social-ecological system framework. We provide insight into supporting resilience of TRB systems in the face of agricultural modernization. Using a mixed methods approach with content analysis and Q analysis, we demonstrate that TRB management fosters cultural, biological, aesthetic, and utilitarian values. Phytochemical investigation of the needles of Abies nebrodensis (Lojac.) Mattei

Abies nebrodensis (Lojac.) Mattei (Pinaceae) is a species living in a very small population only in a confined area of Sicily. In this study, the dichloromethane extract of the leaves was analyzed. Apart from three already known metabolites namely dehydroabietic acid; maltol; and rheosmin, previously detected in other species of Abies, a lanostane derivative was isolated. Its chemical structure was elucidated by means of extensive spectroscopic methods.

Abstract A comparative study of phytochemicals content and biological properties of eight Rosmarinus officinalis (rosemary) populations (RO1–RO8) collected in different areas of Tunisia was carried out. Two of the main rosemary constituents, rosmarinic and carnosic acids, were quantified by an NMR technique. Carnosic acid content was higher than that of rosmarinic acid. The non-polar constituents were examined by GC and GC–MS.
