Implementering av PICC-line – en kvalitativ studie av anestesisykepleieres erfaringer

PICC-line, a peripherally inserted central venous catheter has been implemented by several Norwegian hospitals in recent years. Nurse Anesthetists play an important role in this process, and have been given new tasks as a result of PICC-line implementation. This study aimed to describe Nurse Anesthetists’ experiences with implementation of PICC-line in hospital. A qualitative design, the data are based on three focus groups interviews with fifteen nurse anesthetists. The interviews were analyzed using a hermeneutic approach. The pleasure evoked by sad music is mediated by feelings of being moved

Why do we enjoy listening to music that makes us sad? This question has puzzled music psychologists for decades, but the paradox of “pleasurable sadness” remains to be solved. Recent findings from a study investigating the enjoyment of sad films suggest that the positive relationship between felt sadness and enjoyment might be explained by feelings of being moved (Hanich et al., 2014). Background Life satisfaction among young offenders may be affected by the subjective experience of their social status and by the feeling of being a ‘loser’ compared with others, but it is not clear what variables affect such experiences in this group.
