Se amplía el área de distribución del endemismo ibérico Ferula loscosii en el noroeste de la provincia de Alicante, al haber sido hallados nuevos núcleos poblacionales situados a una distancia de hasta 4 km respecto al único núcleo anteriormente conocido en Villena. Asimismo se adjunta abundante material gráfico y descriptivo sobre las plantas alicantinas para facilitar tanto su comparación con el resto de poblaciones ibéricas como la futura detección de nuevas poblaciones de esta especie. Tämän pro gradu -tutkielman tarkoituksena on selvittää sosiaalisen fobian vaikutusta terapeuttisen yhteistyösuhteen rakentumiseen yhden kokonaisen terapiaprosessin aikana. Lisäksi tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kuvata asiakkaan ja terapeutin kokemia yhteistyösuhteeseen liittyviä haasteita sekä tarkastella niitä Bordinin (1979) yhteistyösuhteen teorian valossa. Aineistomme koostuu yhdestä Jyväskylän yliopiston opetus- ja tutkimusklinikalle sosiaalisen fobian vuoksi hakeutuneen asiakkaan koko 54 istuntoa kattavasta terapiaprosessista. Abstract Background Ventral hernias commonly affect patients after major abdominal surgery. To reduce postoperative pain, the effects of the transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block, epidural analgesia and medication-only protocol have been investigated. The primary outcome was the cumulative dosage of opioids (morphine milligram equivalents MME), of acetaminophen and diclofenac for postoperative pain control on postoperative day (POD) 0, 1, and 2. Secondary outcomes were length of stay (LOS) and the pain scale rating using the numeric rating scale (NRS) on POD 0, 1, and 2. Host organisms are believed to evolve defense mechanisms (i.e., resistance and/or tolerance) under selective pressures exerted by natural enemies. A prerequisite for the evolution of resistance and tolerance is the existence of genetic variation in these traits for natural selection to act. However, selection for resistance and/or tolerance may be constrained by negative genetic correlations with other traits that affect host fitness.
