After an examination of the motivations behind the writing of 'Origins of analitical philosophy,' the discussion moves on to themes which are central to Dummett's book such as: the priority thesis, the linguistic turn, the comparison between some important aspects of Frege's and Husserl's philosophies, the relationship between language and thought. The Prologue ends with an examination of the Dummettian concept of proto-thought, as a thought whose vehicle is not language, which seems to open the way for the use of the empirical sciences in the construction of a theory of thought. En el artículo se analiza y se pone en cuestión la distinción entre dos tipos de derecho penal que Günther Jakobs establece en su artículo 'Derecho penal del ciudadano y derecho penal del enemigo' (2003, 2004). Por una parte, esta distinción es una distinción confusa que no se sostiene precisamente ante los referentes clásicos a los que Jakobs apela. Y por otra parte es una distinción que no hace sino tapar algunos importantes problemas relacionados con los límites del derecho penal, a los que esta distinción parece referirse. How do a sample of headteachers and pedagogical leaders understand the parts of the learning area ‘ethics, religion and philosophy’ (ERF) related to religion and religious heritage and tradition in early childhood education? And how do they implement them in practice? We have interviewed employees from 19 kindergartens in Agder and Oslo, and analyzed relevant pedagogical documents, to get answers. The informants came from both public kindergartens and private kindergartens with special objectives.
