This article looks empirically into how audience members evaluate celebrities in journalism; whether and how celebrities help them to envisage their relationship to politics and media and consequently regard themselves as citizens. The analysis generates a broad and audience-based understanding of celebrities in nine focus group discussions, wherein more than 50 citizens in Finland discussed their favourite celebrities. The discussions revealed three interpretative frames explaining what the celebrities represent to the participants: normative, critical and alternative. Based on results from a mixed method approach, using focus group interviews (N = 15) and survey research (N = 1575, this paper explores Norwegian K12 teachers' understanding of the concept of mental health. The theoretical framework of analysis is a socio-ecological and systemic perspective, seeing conceptual understanding as a result of a complex interplay between factors on individual, organizational and state/society levels. METHODS: A modified Delphi process was used to attempt to achieve consensus definition. Experts were selected from different fields and organized into five Focus Groups. A questionnaire was developed and sent to experts in the area of frailty. Responses and comments were analyzed using a pre-established strategy. Aims: This study examined the feasibility of the HLS-EU-Q16 (in Finnish) for use among older Finns and whether the health literacy score correlates with indicators of health and functioning. Methods: To determine the feasibility of the instrument, we first conducted a focus group discussion with nine participants.
