Tutkielma esittelee ja vertailee toimisto-ohjelmien tiedostoformaatteja. Tiedostoformaateiksi valittiin ODF ja OOXML, jotka ovat kumpikin XML-merkkauskieleen pohjautuvia kansainvälisiä standardeja. Tutkielma esittelee lyhyesti myös XML-merkkauskielen ja sen tuomat edut dokumenttien tallentamiseen. Tiedostoformaattien esittely ja vertailu painottuu tekstidokumentteihin. Vertailun pohjana käytetään valmiita tutkimuksia ja tutkielman kirjoittajan omaa kokemusta kyseisten tiedostoformaattien tulkinnasta. It is acknowledged that identity regulation in organizations relies on discursive resources. This study moves beyond discourse – illustrating how discourse and accounting measurements are mobilized together in revising identity. Measurement produces persistence, clarity, transparency and comparability, as well as direction: Accounting’s quantitative knowledge ‘amplifies’ discourse. We explain the Great Alliance between words and numbers in a case study addressing events in an organization’s transformation. Interactive multiobjective optimization methods operate iteratively so that a decision maker directs the solution process by providing preference information, and only solutions of interest are generated. These methods limit the amount of information considered in each iteration and support the decision maker in learning about the trade-offs. Vertaisarviointi on Suomen peruskoulussa nuori ja lähes tutkimaton käytäntö, joka mainitaan ensimmäisen kerran vuonna 2016 voimaan astuneessa opetussuunnitelmassa. Väitöstutkimuksessani tarkastelin, miten 7. ja 8. luokkien oppilaat toteuttivat formatiivista vertaisarviointia fysiikan ja kemian opinnoissaan. Tulokset osoittavat, että rakentava vertaisarviointi vaatii oppilailta palauteosaamista ja toimijuutta, mutta tarjoaa myös mahdollisuuksia kehittää niitä.
