The hypergrafting strategy designates the synthesis of hyperbranched graft copolymers (HGCs) in a grafting-from approach, using ABm monomers, from multifunctional, polydisperse macroinitiator cores by slow monomer addition. Hypergrafting leads to complex polymer topologies with defined molecular weight, degree of branching (DB), and polydispersity (PD). By a generating function formalism, a generally applicable equation for the PD of HGCs (PD = PDf + (m – 1)/f) is derived, where PDf is the polydispersity of the core and f its average functionality. Il lavoro traccia le principali linee evolutive in tema di forma dei contratti bancari e finanziari, concentrandosi sui più recenti orientamenti della Corte di cassazione italiana. Si evidenzia, quindi, un progressivo cambio di atteggiamento della giurisprudenza volto a mitigare la rigidità dei vincoli formali interpretandoli in chiave funzionale.
A geometrical framework for f –statistics

AbstractA detailed derivation of the f–statistics formalism is made from a geometrical framework. It is shown that the f–statistics appear when a genetic distance matrix is constrained to describe a four population phylogenetic tree. The choice of genetic metric is crucial and plays an outstanding role as regards the tree–like–ness criterion. The case of lack of treeness is interpreted in the formalism as presence of population admixture. In this respect, four formulas are given to estimate the admixture proportions. Resumen: Los jueces asumen una posición sobre qué cuenta o no como derecho cuando resuelven casos. Parece entonces que deberían recibir una buena formación en teoría del derecho, que precisamente intenta ofrecer una respuesta a esa cuestión. En el trabajo analizo las dificultades relativas a la formación de los jueces en teoría del derecho. En la última parte, sostengo que debe formarse a los jueces en diversas teorías del derecho (plausibles) y que las partes del proceso deberían tener una mayor intervención en relación al derecho aplicable. Las teorías de gravedad modificada formuladas "`a la Palatini", es decir, partiendo del principio de que métrica y conexión son objetos que deben ser tratados en pie de igualdad en la deducción de las ecuaciones generales de movimiento, han abierto en los últimos años un considerable espacio de interés, al corregir con éxito ciertas patologías de la gravedad en su formulación original riemanniana, basada únicamente en la curvatura escalar como motor de la acción.
