Le centre MTI@SHS a conçu et expérimenté une méthode originale d'évaluation participative des actions locales de lutte contre la pauvreté et d'insertion socio-économique dans le cadre du programme “Pauvreté 3” de 1989 à 1993, sur le département du Doubs (France). Epigenetics represents the way by which the environment is able to program the genome; there are three main levels of epigenetic control on genome: DNA methylation, post-translational histone modification and microRNA expression. The acid-base properties of pectin and its ability to complex with copper(II) or cadmium(II) were quantitatively determined in order to define the ability of this natural polyelectrolyte to sequester metal ions. Potentiometric measurements carried out at different ionic strengths (0.1 - 0.7 mol L-1, in Na+ ionic medium) allowed us to define the acid-base properties of pectin together with the dependence of the protonation constants on ionic strength and to calculate the protonation constant at infinite dilution. Artykuł prezentuje pomiar wybranych wskaźników internetowych na przykładzie stron serwisów internetowych Państwowych Wyższych Szkół Zawodowych w Polsce. Uzyskane wskaźniki posłużyły do oceny określonych kryterium jakości informacji stron WWW. Na podstawie przeprowadzonego badania można stwierdzić, że użyte miary mogą być wykorzystane w procesie doskonalenia jakości informacji w serwisach internetowych.
