Jedna z przyjętych przez autora tego przedłożenia hipotez zakłada, że obniżanie się poziomu dyskursu medialnego spowodowane jest brakami i zaniedbaniami metodologicznymi w poszukiwaniu i pozyskiwaniu informacji. Domysł ten udowodniony został przez zebranie precyzyjnych danych, dokumentujących zmniejszanie czasu przeznaczanego w mediach na research oraz ignorowanie metodologicznych procedur badań dziennikarskich. Zgromadzony w toku prac badawczych obszerny materiał empiryczny pozwolił zainicjować dotychczas mało znane lub pomijane kierunki badań nad przebiegiem procesów informacyjnych w pracy dziennikarskiej i – szerzej – w organizacji medialnej.

Dynamics of hydrofracturing and permeability evolution in layered reservoirs

International audience; A coupled hydro-mechanical model is presented to model fluid driven fracturing in layered porous rocks. In the model the solid elastic continuum is described by a discrete element approach coupled with a fluid continuum grid that is used to solve Darcy based pressure diffusion. The model assumes poro-elasto-plastic effects and yields real time dynamic aspects of the fracturing and effective stress evolution under the influence of excess fluid pressure gradients. We show that the formation and propagation of hydrofractures are sensitive to mechanical and tectonic conditions of the system. This paper is based on results obtained during the project Vienergy (Interreg Italia-Malta programme 2007-2013) and contains data on the potential energy generation of biomass residues following pruning from vineyards located within the provinces of Trapani and Palermo. Analysis of the energy potential, following microgasification tests and heat production related to the biomass, included a preliminary mapping of vineyards in the area and an assessment of the total biomass available. Farming on the margins : Just transition and the resilience of peripheral farms

Sustainability transition demands fundamental changes taking place at the farm system level. At the same time, many farms are operating on the verge of financial profitability, especially in geographically disadvantaged peripheral regions with a limited range of production opportunities. These observations raise concerns about the transition's justice aspects. Using the concept of resilience, we analysed farmers’ capacities for transformation in a peripheral context in Finland.
